Bob Bradley
joined the board in April 2002. Bradley currently serves as President of
Atlantic Coast Energy. He has over 30 years of experience in the
petroleum industry including sales, terminal management, energy trading
and financial risk management.

Ron Celentano
joined the board in September 2004. He began working in the solar energy field
over 30 years ago with designing, installing and monitoring solar water heating
and space heating systems. He is a specialist in conducting technical analysis
and benefit/cost analysis of alternative technologies for many applications.
Celentano has worked with public agencies and energy companies to formulate
renewable energy policy at the local level. Currently, he is a solar industry
consultant; administrator of the Sustainable Development Fund Solar PV Grant
Program; trainer of solar PV installers; and he also designs, inspects and
oversees solar PV projects. Celentano holds a BS degree in physics and a MS
degree in mechanical engineering.

Stephen Fernands
joined the board in November 2000. He founded Customized Energy Solutions in
1998 and is the current President. Since founding the company, he has been
involved in more than 100 consulting projects for clients across North America
and abroad. These projects have included market design evaluations, demand
response program development, supply procurement, load profiling, generation
development, transmission congestion analysis and other electric market
analyses. Stephen represented over forty clients in PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE and the
Midwest ISO. Fernands created participant coalitions in PJM, MISO and NYISO
whose active involvement in the stakeholder process has significantly impacted
the evolution of the markets. He earned a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania
State University and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University. He resides in
Haddonfield with his wife, Rochelle, and three children.

Charlie Howland
joined the board in July 2001. Howland is a Senior Assistant Regional Counsel
for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Mid-Atlantic Regional Office. He
is presently on a leave of absence working for Penn Energy Trust LLC, a
developer of utility scale renewable energy projects throughout North America.
Howland has lectured on environmental law and renewable energy issues at a
variety of professional and academic forums, and has taught environmental law
courses in graduate programs at the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel
University. Howland is a member of the Lower Merion Township Planning
Commission, the Philadelphia and American Bar Associations, and the Delaware
Valley Environmental Inn of Court.

Bryan Hutchinson
joined the board in January 2010. He is currently pursuing opportunities to
combine his 25+years of accounting/financial management experience with his
lifelong passion for energy conservation, efficiency and sustainability.
Hutchinson has 18 years of accounting/administration and financial management
experience with the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. In the last 10
years Hutchinson has filled both Controller and Assistant Controller positions
in small to mid-size distribution and manufacturing companies. Hutchinson has a
degree in Public Administration from Penn State and attended Drexel Evening
College for his Accounting concentration. Hutchinson is currently assisting
several organizations that promote sustainability and the reduction of our
Global Carbon Footprint.

Valerie M. Jones,
CFRE, joined the board in March 2004. She is President of Valerie M. Jones
Associates, Consultants in Philanthropy. VMJA works to strengthen non-profits in
the arts, culture and environmental sectors. VMJA has raised more than $100
million for non-profits, and advised Fortune 500 companies, as well as family
foundations, on their giving. VMJA assists clients with board and program
development, grant-making, strategic planning, sponsorship, major gift
fundraising, development assessments and plans, feasibility studies and capital
campaigns. Jones also serves on the Board of the Friends of The American
Philosophical Society. She is a recipient of The William Donaldson Award for
Community Service as well as an alumnus of Leadership Philadelphia. Jones
earned her B.A. in anthropology with a minor in art from Hamilton College.

Maureen Mulligan
joined the board in March 2004. She owns her own consulting business called
Sustainable Futures Communications since she left the PA. Public
Utility Commission in 2004. Her business specializes in public policy advocacy
and lobbying on solar, energy efficiency and other renewable energy
sources, grassroots marketing and energy education. Mulligan has received
awards from the Energy Coordinating Agency and Penn Future for her solar and
energy efficiency work by legislation that led to the passage of the Alternative
Energy Portfolio Standard and Act #129 which mandates the utilities reduce
energy consumption. Mulligan holds a Masters in Government Administration from
the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Education from Pennsylvania State
University.

Peter Shaw joined
the board in November 2000. He is founder and Managing Director of The
Intelligent Project, LLC, a utilities industry research and consulting firm
focused on customer strategy for energy companies deploying “Smart Grid”
communications programs. Shaw has consulted with energy companies for the past
twenty years. Other board work has included The Sustainable Development Fund,
BlackGold Biofuels, and Habitat for Humanity of West Philadelphia. He is an
avid guitar player, Triathlete and craft beer enthusiast.
