Contact Your Supplier

After we process your enrollment, you will receive a welcome packet by email (unless you opt to get it by postal mail). The welcome packet will include a description of your supplier's services and their contact details.

Once you get your welcome packet, you will then need to contact your supplier directly to confirm details, establish your account, and place all orders. 

Contact details for our suppliers are listed in the welcome packets we send to enrolled members. 

Contact your supplier to:

  • Schedule deliveries

  • Establish payment arrangements

  • Request service or repair

  • Make a billing inquiry

Contact The Energy Cooperative to:

  • Verify delivery price

  • Address membership questions

  • Switch suppliers

  • Inquire about other programs like renewable electricity

Additional Tips:

When placing an order for oil delivery, tell the supplier that you are a member of The Energy Cooperative and confirm the Co-op price. You can also verify the Co-op price on our website under Today's Prices.

Monitor your tank responsibly. Most of our suppliers require 48 hours minimum delivery notice for will-call customers.
