Kayla joined The Energy Co-op in March 2026 as the Energy Programs Coordinator. In this role, she supports the Energy Programs Director regarding program performance and data integrity, and provides analytical support through research, evaluation, and reporting across all energy programs.

Before joining The Energy Co-op, Kayla’s career spanned across government, academia, and the nonprofit sector, where she focused on program development, fundraising, and building partnerships that drive social impact. She also contributes to teaching and research at the intersection of clean energy, AI and sustainability. Kayla is excited to join The Energy Co-op, and aid in advancing its mission to lead the energy evolution and to help strengthen programs to better serve members.

Kayla holds an MSc in Environment, Politics & Development from SOAS University of London and a BA in Geography and Urban Studies from Temple University.

Outside of work, she enjoys foraging, hiking, traveling and photography.
