Lauren Keller

Divya joined The Energy Co-op in December of 2016 as the Membership and Data Manager and became the Operations Manager in January 2018. She manages the organization’s internal operations, systems, people operations, and information. Prior to joining The Energy Co-op, Divya managed educational, awards, and youth programs for a variety of nonprofits organizations. She believes in the value of operations and organizational capacity building which led her to focus on database management and process improvement.
Divya received a B.A. in Political Science and Legal Studies from Drexel University in 2010, and completed her Master’s in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management at Rutgers University School of Public Affairs and Administration in 2014.
Divya is passionate about global access to water, sustainability, and healthy food access. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, traveling, making natural beauty products, reading, and watching movies.

Hillary Bedeian

Morgan is the Marketing and Communications Director for The Energy Co-op. Morgan has spent most of his career promoting renewable energy and sustainable development in both the non-profit and private sectors. He started his career working for a national climate change policy think tank and more recently, managed communications and community engagement for a major producer of bioenergy. He loves to share his enthusiasm for renewable energy with anyone who will listen and looks forward to talking your ear off at a future Co-op event.

Morgan is a Maryland native, but has lived in (in no particular order): Ohio, Colorado, Washington D.C., Delaware, China and Costa Rica. He is excited to now call Philadelphia home and looks forward to discovering all that the city of brotherly love has to offer. He has a bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College, a master’s in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development from the United Nations University for Peace and a master’s in International Affairs from American University in Washington, D.C.
